CTSS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 699 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-559P, MIR610, and RN7SL869P. Each is linked with CTSS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSS-to-partner and partner-to-CTSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-559P grouped by CTSS-low versus CTSS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
