CTSS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSS mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Macrophages, mv Endothelial cells, and Basophils. Each is linked with CTSS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSS-to-partner and partner-to-CTSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macrophages grouped by CTSS-low versus CTSS-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
