CTSLP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSLP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSLP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, IFT57, and RFX1. Each is linked with CTSLP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSLP3-to-partner and partner-to-CTSLP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSLP3 versus ASRGL1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSLP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSLP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
