CTSLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,122 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARNMT1, THNSL1, and PLEKHA6. Each is linked with CTSLP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSLP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTSLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSLP2 versus CARNMT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
