CTSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,383 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKAP2, WIPF1, and DOK3. Each is linked with CTSL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSL-to-partner and partner-to-CTSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSL versus SKAP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
