CTSL

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,746 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYROBP, CCR1, and AIF1. Each is linked with CTSL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSL-to-partner and partner-to-CTSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSL versus TYROBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
