CTSK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSK-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD31P1, PRR23D2, and MIR3156-3. Each is linked with CTSK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSK-to-partner and partner-to-CTSK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUD31P1 grouped by CTSK-low versus CTSK-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSK→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
