Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTSH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTSH data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CTSH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTSH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SKCM, and PRAD are the cancer types where CTSH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
