CTSG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTSG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,506 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC4H2, KRT18, and C9orf50. Each is linked with CTSG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSG-to-partner and partner-to-CTSG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSG versus ZC4H2 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of -0.90.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSG→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
