CTSF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, NKAPD1, and TMEM263. Each is linked with CTSF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSF-to-partner and partner-to-CTSF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by CTSF-low versus CTSF-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
