CTSA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,058 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPP1, CTSD, and GBA. Each is linked with CTSA in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSA-to-partner and partner-to-CTSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSA versus TPP1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
