CTSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEMN3-AS1, MIR132, and TRAJ22. Each is linked with CTSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSA-to-partner and partner-to-CTSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEMN3-AS1 grouped by CTSA-low versus CTSA-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
