CTSA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTSA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIM2, KIR2DL1, and OPCML. Each is linked with CTSA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSA-to-partner and partner-to-CTSA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIM2 grouped by CTSA-low versus CTSA-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
