CTRB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 716 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A1, ETV7, and RPL3. Each is linked with CTRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CTRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTRB2 versus SLC25A1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
