CTR9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, OIP5, and BCCIP. Each is linked with CTR9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTR9-to-partner and partner-to-CTR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
