CTPS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,186 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXLNG, OFD1, and REPS2. Each is linked with CTPS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTPS2 versus TXLNG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
