CTPS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF5, PPP3CC, and RNF113A. Each is linked with CTPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF5 grouped by CTPS2-low versus CTPS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
