CTPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,058 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1, TRAPPC2, and PHKA2. Each is linked with CTPS2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTPS2 versus OFD1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
