Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTPS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTPS1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CTPS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTPS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CTPS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
