Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,810 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC20, CENPI, and CENPA. Each is linked with CTPS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTPS1 versus CDC20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
