Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MEK1, and PCNA. Each is linked with CTPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS1 results are reported.
