CTNS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP9, RNA5SP167, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with CTNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNS-to-partner and partner-to-CTNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4LP9 grouped by CTNS-low versus CTNS-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
