CTNS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP11-1 and TECRL. Each is linked with CTNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNS-to-partner and partner-to-CTNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP11-1 grouped by CTNS-low versus CTNS-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
