Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTNNBL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTNNBL1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CTNNBL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTNNBL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, LUAD, and OV are the cancer types where CTNNBL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
