Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTNNBIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,754 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNBIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of vascular permeability involved in acute inflammatory response, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with CTNNBIP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNBIP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNBIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of vascular permeability involved in acute inflammatory response grouped by CTNNBIP1-low versus CTNNBIP1-high in KIDNEY.
