CTNNB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 131 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD49b, Bak, and cIAP. Each is linked with CTNNB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNB1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD49b grouped by CTNNB1-low versus CTNNB1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
