Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,628 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, SGPP1_S112, and HGD. Each is linked with CTNNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTNNA2 versus ASRGL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
