Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,011 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA5L1, L2HGDH, and PSMB6. Each is linked with CTNNA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5L1 grouped by CTNNA2-low versus CTNNA2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
