Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 4E-BP1_pS65, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with CTNNA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CTNNA2-low versus CTNNA2-high in UCEC.
