Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTNNA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 174 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB2A1, MTRNR2L6, and EPRS1. Each is linked with CTNNA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA2 results are reported.
