CTNNA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,087 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OCIAD2, RASA1, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with CTNNA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTNNA1 versus OCIAD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
