Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTNNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEK, SRGN, and GMFG. Each is linked with CTNNA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTNNA1 versus PLEK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
