CTNNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, beta-Catenin, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with CTNNA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CTNNA1-low versus CTNNA1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
