CTNNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTNNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,002 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1F10, KRT72, and OR5M8. Each is linked with CTNNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL1F10 grouped by CTNNA1-low versus CTNNA1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTNNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTNNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
