CTLA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTLA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTLA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1P1, RNU4ATAC5P, and SMIM28. Each is linked with CTLA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTLA4-to-partner and partner-to-CTLA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB1P1 grouped by CTLA4-low versus CTLA4-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
