CTLA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTLA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTLA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC_pS79, ACC1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CTLA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTLA4-to-partner and partner-to-CTLA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC_pS79 grouped by CTLA4-low versus CTLA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
