CTLA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTLA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,799 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTLA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear DNA replication, Embryonic heart tube morphogenesis, and Protein deglycosylation involved in glycoprotein catabolic process. Each is linked with CTLA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTLA4-to-partner and partner-to-CTLA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear DNA replication grouped by CTLA4-low versus CTLA4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTLA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTLA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
