Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTIF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,143 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTIF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFEMP2, MMP2, and ISLR. Each is linked with CTIF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTIF-to-partner and partner-to-CTIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTIF versus EFEMP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
