Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC9-AS1, ECM1P1, and POLE2. Each is linked with CTIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTIF-to-partner and partner-to-CTIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDAC9-AS1 grouped by CTIF-low versus CTIF-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
