Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTIF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CTIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTIF-to-partner and partner-to-CTIF results are reported.
