CTIF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTIF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,459 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD1, EPG5, and C18orf25. Each is linked with CTIF in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTIF-to-partner and partner-to-CTIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTIF versus MBD1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
