Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTHRC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTHRC1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CTHRC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTHRC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where CTHRC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
