CTH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,044 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTH-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTF6A, MIR4478, and MIR527. Each is linked with CTH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTH-to-partner and partner-to-CTH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTF6A grouped by CTH-low versus CTH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
