CTF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-79P, SNORD114-29, and RNU1-114P. Each is linked with CTF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTF1-to-partner and partner-to-CTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-79P grouped by CTF1-low versus CTF1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
