CTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,017 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THBS3, BCL7C, and RBMS2. Each is linked with CTF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTF1-to-partner and partner-to-CTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTF1 versus THBS3 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
