Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTDSPL2P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTDSPL2P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CTDSPL2P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTDSPL2P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, UCS, and LUSC are the cancer types where CTDSPL2P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
