CTDSPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MORF4L1, TP53BP1, and RTF1. Each is linked with CTDSPL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSPL2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSPL2 versus MORF4L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
