CTDSPL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, OIP5, and STMN1. Each is linked with CTDSPL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSPL2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSPL2 versus VRK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
