CTDSPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, UBL5P4, and NDUFB4P5. Each is linked with CTDSPL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSPL2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by CTDSPL2-low versus CTDSPL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
