CTDSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTDSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,281 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTDSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USF3, SEC24C, and CSTF2T. Each is linked with CTDSP2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTDSP2-to-partner and partner-to-CTDSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTDSP2 versus USF3 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTDSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTDSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
